Squads is a comprehensive squad training program that prepares swimmers for competition at all levels or for those just wanting to maintain fitness. This is a performance squad for athletes that devote their full focus to swimming.
Cardio & CrossFit will emphasis the elements of load, distance and speed, which help participants develop high levels of power. We will utilize different equipment to accomplish this, including kettlebells, weight lifting, treadmill, rowers and bikes, medicine balls, speed ropes, rings and plyo boxes.
Elite Swim & Gym present a level, performance and stability indoor bike workout. Our spinning bike classes offers a great option for all kinds of exercises, offering an easy, effective and exciting ridding experience.
